Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler!‎*

This past Saturday we celebrated Mardi Gras--mountain style. Not too far from our home is a big Mardi Gras celebration. We had gone to this for the last several years, but obviously didn't make it last year. We were excited to take Miss Eva for her first time this year. It was cool, but not too cold (the snow held off til well after the parade was over.). There is also a gumbo making contest and we had lots of good tastes too--though nothing like the GREAT stuff made by our dear friends in Louisiana!


So, while all of this was going on

Maybe next year she'll be more into letting the good times roll!*

You've gotta look very closely, but there, just barely peeking out on her right side, is Miss Eva's tooth. She has another one coming in on the bottom, but it's not up as far. We refer to them as her 1 1/2 teeth.
