Role Reversal

We have this silly, old book I had when I was a kid called I'm the Mommy, I'm the Daddy. You can read one story and then flip the book and read the other. The daughter swaps places with the mom, the son swaps with the dad. Eva G has lately started to act this out. She'll refer to the grownup as daughter or son and expects to be referred to as mom--she takes her role very seriously! :)

Here she is a few days ago with Nana, who was the daughter, wearing her purse, as the mother.
