Boy! The last week and half has gone by so quickly. We are so happy Miss Eva is home. Though we're not so sure we're quite adjusted to waking up a couple of times in the middle of the night! Eva seems to think 2:00 am is a great time to be wide awake and social. We think it took her a few nights to get used to being at home. In the NICU she was used to lights and monitors and other babies crying and nurses talking--it was obviously way too quiet at our house!
Eva came home with a tiny bit of oxygen. We are hoping she won't have to have it much longer (the way she pulls it out of her nose half the time, we're not sure how much she's really getting anyway!!). Other than that, she's doing great--eating and sleeping. She's had a few visitors, including getting to be with those cousins who just couldn't wait to meet her!
